Beautify Southern Illinois Student Alliance (BSISA) March 1, 2008 litter cleanup

On Saturday, March 1, 2008, BSISA sponsored a litter cleanup event in Carbondale with the assistance and support of Keep Carbondale Beautiful. SIUC student volunteers cleaned up Piles Fork Creek just east of the SIU Carbondale campus. A special thanks to the SIUC Geography Club for their assistance in this event. Keep Carbondale Beautiful provided volunteers with free T-shirts and BSISA treated the volunteers with free pizza at the end of a productive volunteer event.
