Beautify Southern Illinois Student Alliance Plants Trees for the Women’s Center

On Earth Day 2008, Tuesday, April 22, 2008, the SIUC Beautify Southern Illinois Student Alliance (BSISA) planted four trees at the Women’s Center in Carbondale. BSISA purchased four trees in consultation with the Women’s Center to help complete landscaping of the newly opened addition to the Women’s Center. This project will help to beautify this wonderful not-for-profit for decades to come and was done on Earth day to help symbolize BSISA’s commitment to improving our environment.

Thank you BSISA volunteers for this outstanding project!
